We run a series of challenges throughout the year and companies from all around the world take part. Employees form teams of 5, and organisations can enter as many teams as they like.
Employees download our free step-counting app or use their own device to track their daily steps. Participants can log heaps of fun activities, from swimming and cycling to gardening and yoga.
Moving Mindz is designed and backed by leading academics and underpinned by collaborative researchers from across the globe. The program uses an evidence-based approach and world’s best practice techniques to collect high-impact mental health data via surveys. The information is filtered anonymously into company reports.
After the challenge, participants are encouraged to continue the wellness journey. We're all about helping people form ongoing healthy habits at Moving Mindz!
